Everyone must be taught change making process
He was asked to teach many business classes before whatever he taught but when he came to HU he decided he will do it different . Reminded me of what Meg said ( do your thing with one or two people who support you , early adopters , then it will become mainstream then everyone will follow ) . A lot of people who are able to do it , are creating parallel worlds , people like this professor and others like small businesses or in India there’s so much innovation happening, by creating more such spaces , the composition of the world is changing . But it takes time. Mostly , I see that people 1. Find the right places where leadership is conducive to the right way of doing things 2. If they are in places that are not friendly to change , misaligned to values and Purpose, they don’t waste energy in arguing or convincing it’s important or trying to create change , get their point across .
